According to the Investor's instructions, Spolmont designed and implemented extraction technology for four separate and different TE welding.
For this assignment, a filter unit with pocket filters of sufficient volume for the capacity of the extracted amount of air with ventilation pipe distributions terminated by flexi extraction arms or hoods was designed. Part of the solution is the regulation of the performance of the filter unit according to the number of workplaces, which significantly helps to optimize both electricity and noise savings, as well as the lifetime of the filter material. As part of HVAC and savings, the possibility of switching to winter / summer operation is also implemented for the comfort of workers and further savings on heat losses.
