Realization of a continuous jet for Slovácké strojírny a.s.

Spolmont, as the winning candidate of the public tender, supplied a modern continuous blaster with a roller conveyor, which is designed for efficient blasting of metallurgical material, such as steel sheets, steel profiles and pipes, blanks, etc. The blaster has a material input of max. width 2,000mm, height 800mm and lengths as required (thanks to mobile rollers). The jet is equipped with a modern PLC control system (Siemens) with a large touch screen, where the customer has a perfect overview of the set parameters of the machine and its status.
According to the investor's request, the nozzle is installed in the sump, so that the height of the roller conveyor is at the required height and the loading of parts onto the conveyor is clear and safe for the operator.
