Realization of a jet with throwing wheels and a metallization box for DAJZR Otrokovice

With regard to the specification of the customer's processed parts, a blaster with a hanging Y conveyor and two hoists was installed for optimal use of blasting. The customer jets a wide variety of parts of different sizes and textures, with an emphasis on surface roughness for subsequent metallization / painting applications. The blaster is equipped for these applications with a frequency converter to regulate the speed of the throwing wheels and a Simatic PLC control system, which enables the setting of various programs for the blasted parts.

According to the customer's specifications, Spolmont realized a box for the application of metallization in the customer's new extension. The box is equipped with all-rubber roller shutter doors, lighting and safety components for performing TE. The main part of the TE is the filter unit in the EX design, including the necessary control flaps and controls.
