The production of special equipment also required the expansion of the production premises in Pieštany, where two paint booths were created in 2022 as part of the new production hall. Due to the maximum effort to use the floor space, we implemented two painting booths under the podium on which the air-conditioning ventilation units are located. All technology is accessible from the upper platform above the paint warehouse, which completes the available workplace. Everything is controlled from switchboards equipped with a PLC display, where the operator chooses the desired mode and temperature.
The customer's request was not to interfere with the floor. Here we have designed side suction walls implemented in the face of the perimeter face of the cabin. The paint shops correspond to the high standard of the company's foreign owner.
