According to the Investor's specifications, Spolmont designed and implemented the supply and installation of a drum blaster with an endless rubber belt for blasting forgings at a temperature of approx. 110⁰C, which comes directly from heat treatment. Part of the delivery is the modification of the entrance to the skip so that the parts fall directly into the skip at programmed intervals including the blasting times. According to the specifications, a PLC program was created for this mechanism, including synchronization of the input conveyor ↔ skip or loading into the blaster ↔ blasting ↔ sleeping parts into the output vibrating conveyor.

According to the Investor's specifications, Spolmont designed and implemented the delivery and installation of a continuous blaster for blasting shaped forgings at a temperature of approx. 160⁰C, which comes directly from heat treatment. Part of the functional solution was PLC programming and equipment set up in such a way that it was possible to use robots for handling parts at the input and output. Robots are used here mainly for the safety of working with hot parts and for increasing the efficiency of the process within the interoperational times.
